Painting Process | Release To Orgasm

OrgasmFinal

Ever have what “Alcoholics refer to as a moment of clarity?” Sometimes, in order to release, you must yourself release, henceforth, allowing yourself to release. I was looking at one of my paintings, and “Started St. Patricks” (below) caught my eye – and inspired this particular canvas.

Release To Orgasm

Process after the jump.

Release To Orgasm

Starting out with a simple premise, composition and idea.

Release To Orgasm

Building the foundation, blocks of text, repetition, form.

Release To Orgasm

There is something to be said about repeating the same words – like memorizing for an exam, you can promptly forget what you are writing mid sentence.

Release To Orgasm

The skeleton of orgasms is now complete, time for a fresh green coat.

Release To Orgasm

Before I began this canvas, I knew the colors and result 100% – which is interesting, it reduces the artistic aspect of painting.

Release To Orgasm

The white strokes were done in singular motions, I wanted to capture a sloppy, albeit, processed feel.

Release To Orgasm

Laying in the final words with a red/green composed brown.

Release To Orgasm

The final, a constant reminder of what one must do to achieve orgasm.

OrgasmFinal

Release to orgasm.
