On January 20th, 2010, at 6:00 PM, the doors will open for a one-night-only art exhibition – my debut solo show, Urbania. Many people showcase their work in galleries, coffee shops, bars and collective spaces – I decided to partner with M&T, a banking institution praised by Fortune Magazine to the tune of, “At a time of crisis in the financial system, the big boys could learn a lot from the success of a thriving regional player, M&T Bank. Really.”
We share a vision. Both M&T and I are setting out to do things our own way, establish our own precedent. Thank you M&T Bank, Michelle Albert and Manuel Rosado for the opportunity to showcase the first step in my career as an independent, professional artist.
