New York, NY - March 23, 2010 – Following a three month broken leg hiatus, Time Out New York’s Most Creative New Yorker, Manhattan-based location artist, Jason Borbay, will be painting the spectacular view from Time Out New York’s West Side Headquarters beginning Thursday, March 25, 2010.
