On April 29th I had the pleasure of spending the evening with Bay Shore High School’s National Art Honor Students. During their induction ceremony, I shared some of my professional experiences and tales to date. After the jump, a few photos from this fine evening.

Reading any and everything is critical. The ability to jump in a conversation about the three term Hizzoner, is just as critical as knowing the Yankees score, how Tiger Woods shot, who was spotted at the Met Gala, and where the cast of LOST is. Being fluent in contemporary culture is an excellent way to make a worldly impression, and most importantly, sell out… I mean, sell art.
