New York, NY - September 27, 2010 – New York Location artist Jason Borbay's directorial debut, the "New York Post" won Best Film at the 2010 Hakker Short Film Festival. Set to the timeless music of New York legends, Tin Pan, the "New York Post" chronicles an Upper East Side adventure between two pals as they read, walk, talk, dance and savor the day.
