The Alamo Draft House has exploited a valuable paradigm in the digital age: if you put it out there, it can and will be used. This girl, clearly in training to be a fine ex-wife, may just present a fascinating lawsuit. Is a complaint call made to customer service considered fair use content? Does: “Calls may be monitored for quality assurance” include, “and if you leave a stupid message, we will publicly ridicule you”?
Only time and hourly billing will tell. For now, big ups to Alamo. And as they say in Texas, keep texting.
