1. Enoch Malachi Thompson

“Never let the truth get in the way of a good story kid.” Wise words from Steve Buscemi’s Nucky Thompson — the politician with a heart of gold. For years I’ve wanted to paint ‘The Busc’ — and along came Boardwalk Empire.

2. Painting Pepsi

Perched majestically on the East River in front of an intentionally cantilevered building sits the storied Pepsi Cola Sign. I was commissioned to paint it from Long Island City facing Manhattan.
