  While painting the Welcome to Las Vegas Sign, Allan Gange began taping Ari Lankin and yours truly for a video project. In the following weeks, Allan and I stayed in touch. Last week, he inquired if it was cool to create A Borbay Video Portrait, flattered and impressed with his first video, it was a go.   When artist extraordinaire Jeremy Penn decided to create this portrait of every one's favorite orange-tinted reality star, did he have a double entendre in mind with the title — "Snooki is High"? Hard to say, but I will confess, her penetrating stare emerging from a sea of spray tan is sure to incite. Exactly what? Let the mind wander. I'm sure if the price is right, Mr. Penn would be amiable to creating a commissioned Snooki, perhaps the entire cast, on-location, on-camera, in the style of his Bardot perhaps? Get some MTV.
