Painting Process | Old Bay by Borbay
A good idea is a good idea, so when George Malley suggested I paint the Old Bay Seasoning can, I was all about it. It took one copy of the Baltimore Sun sent from Maryland and almost a year, but the painting is now complete. For these tastebuds, Old Bay is like candy, enhancing the flavor of anything it touches.
Visually, I set out to create this excitement, bursting forth from its origin — the timeless packaging showcased in the primary triad of red, yellow and blue.
