When I heard about the Japanese Tsunami, I felt a combination of sadness, concern (for my friends and collectors in the area) and numb. We Love Japan Influence Series Benefit Live Painting To Be Auctioned Painting Process | Comments
Not many organizations can put together an incredible benefit on THREE days notice. This reality, of course, does not apply to Mike Mancini, his team and The Influence Series. Gild Hall shot to life minutes after 6PM, with complimentary cocktails flowing thanks to Chivas Regal — and I set-up my easel to capture the action real time. Last summer I was fortunate to receive this wonderful feature article in the Wall Street Journal Japan, which lead to the acquisition of my Apple Store Painting.
